We’re looking for a Project Manager (Junior/Middle) to support both client and internal projects. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, communicative, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Requirements:

2–3 years of experience as a Project Manager, Delivery Coordinator, or in a similar role in IT

Solid understanding of software development processes and Agile principles

Experience in tracking progress, preparing status reports, and monitoring key delivery metrics

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities

Proficiency in task management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Asana)

English — Intermediate or higher

As a plus:

Experience with R&D or innovation-driven projects

Basic understanding of data science, AI, or software engineering processes

Familiarity with Notion, Confluence, or other documentation tools

Responsibilities:

Collect and structure status updates from project teams

Monitor and track delivery metrics, timelines, and blockers

Facilitate communication between development, design, and business stakeholders

Support project planning, task prioritization, and reporting

Drive and coordinate internal R&D initiatives

Maintain project documentation and dashboards
