Our Commitment

At Amazinum, we believe that talent, creativity, and leadership are not defined by gender. As a team of technologists, researchers, and innovators, we aim to create a professional environment where everyone – regardless of gender identity – can thrive.

While our industry (data science) is traditionally male-dominated, we’ve proudly supported women in transitioning into technical roles and continue to champion inclusive growth.

We are not perfect – and we’re not trying to check boxes. But we care about fairness and respect in everything we do.

What We Practice

Though we do not currently run formal gender-tracking programs, we do follow a few simple principles:

Equal opportunities in hiring and promotion

All hiring decisions are based on skills, experience, and cultural fit – never on gender, age, race, or religion.

No tolerance for discrimination or harassment

Any form of inappropriate behaviour is not accepted and can be reported to management directly or via private channels.

Supportive work culture

We offer flexible work conditions and respect the personal needs of every team member.

Encouraging diversity in tech

We have supported several women in moving into data science roles and continue to welcome anyone passionate about the field.

Awareness of fairness in AI

In our work with data and AI, we remain mindful of potential bias and promote practices that ensure our solutions are inclusive and responsibly developed.

How We Improve

We are a growing company, and as we scale, we aim to:

Maintain transparency in how we promote and reward people

Periodically review internal practices to avoid unintended bias

Remain open to feedback and act on it respectfully

While we do not currently collect or publish gender-specific data, we remain open to expanding our internal practices as our organization evolves.
